Exciting opportunity in Madhya Pradesh for a senior leadership position in renewable energy.

An 18-month role is available, with coordination responsibilities across distribution companies (DISCOMs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of advisory packages to ensure high-quality delivery and timely completion.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of substation performance, analyzing electrical and automation aspects, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting upgrade requirements.
  • Performing power flow studies to assess load conditions, voltage stability, and network strengthening recommendations using tools like ETAP.
  • Generating detailed equipment condition reports for critical substation assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluating PV plant feasibility & performance, analyzing generation performance, grid compliance, and integration feasibility.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with clients and engaging with state government officials and DISCOMs.
  • Leading project personnel, managing team members, and ensuring project deployment within budget constraints.
  • Providing timely reporting as per contractual milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • University degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or related fields. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy, with 6 years in solar energy and grid integration exposure.
Desirable Skills & Competencies:
  • Deep technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations.
  • Proven project management expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic recommendations.
