This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in project management and customer-facing roles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Underwriting, to ensure seamless execution and compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitating regular review meetings to track progress and address blockers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts; create actionable MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations; conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.
