Project Manager - Solar Energy

We are seeking an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have complete ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute detailed project execution plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and project monitoring mechanisms.

Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects from initiation to commissioning, ensuring strict adherence to scope, cost, and timelines. They will also monitor daily site progress, coordinate with site engineers and contractors, and implement corrective actions in case of deviations or delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale solar EPC / Utility / C&I projects.
  • Proven track record of handling MW-scale solar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project execution methodologies, and renewable energy regulations.
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, and vendor management.
