Job Title: Renewable Energy Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Solutions Expert to join our team in North India.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Product Support, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance work for renewable energy systems.
  • You will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, tracking stock levels, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

To succeed in this role:

  • You should possess excellent English communication skills and be self-motivated with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, particularly with Power Conditioning Systems (PCS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), is preferred.

About Our Expectations:

  • You will be based in North India and become familiar with our renewable energy products, including their working principles, diagrams, and user manuals.
  • You should have a strong understanding of energy storage technologies and be able to provide expert support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular product support and maintenance services to customers.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and track stock levels.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, particularly with PCS and BESS.
