  • Product Guidance Specialist: Provide expert advice on product downloads, installations, and activations (DIA).
  • Customer Advocate: Address customer concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Prerequisites & Skills:

  • Strong Typing Skills: Maintain a typing speed of 30 words per minute or higher.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities: Troubleshoot complex software and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Effective Communication: Excel in verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
