Job Overview:

As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers regarding our PCS/BESS products. This role involves on-site and remote work, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and troubleshooting of PCS/BESS product issues.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on simple faults and facilitate their ability to resolve problems independently.
  • Manage on-site spare parts, tracking inventory levels to guarantee uninterrupted operation of the unit.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, organize feedback sessions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of PCS/BESS products, including power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and deliver basic training to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and submit reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
  • A self-motivated mindset, capable of planning in ambiguous situations and prioritizing action.
  • Previous experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with expertise in central PCS or BESS systems.
  • Based in Rajasthan (preferable).
