Key Fashion Merchandising Role

We are seeking a seasoned and driven professional to manage relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, while contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate product flow, selection, and seasonal placements to optimize sales.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
  • Develop merchandising strategies to drive sales growth for existing brands.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing activities to strengthen brand recall.
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with our company vision.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
