Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional team in Bangalore. As an Associate Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to create user-centric designs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
  • Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to the design system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
  • 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
