Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for students? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support position, with a strong background in English communication and proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred, but not required.

As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for responding promptly and effectively to student inquiries through various channels, providing accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. You will also be responsible for proactively reaching out to students to understand and address their concerns, monitoring and evaluating student feedback and ratings, and identifying areas for improvement in the support process.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
