Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit formalities, and will play a key role in shaping our company's workforce strategy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and campus recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit formalities
  • Recruitment for relevant profiles through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and consultancies
  • Design and update job descriptions for required profiles
  • Build and maintain a network with top architecture and design colleges
  • Coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities
  • Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs designed to foster team members
