We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Business Support professional to excel in our organization. As the face of our company at client sites, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Engage with guests and tenants to maintain strong public relations and address their needs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct daily rounds of reception areas and report any lapses or observations to relevant teams.
- Administer customer feedback surveys, share reports with management, and respond to emergency situations as per organizational policies.
- Be familiar with lost and found procedures, nominate and attend training programs, and address concerns through daily mail checks.
- Manage inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, and dashboards, while updating the handover and takeover register before the end of each shift.
- Participate in events and oversee general maintenance and guest handling.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background in hospitality with 1-2 years of work experience or 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays (an added advantage).
- Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile applications, and MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
