We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing excellent service via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and CRM systems.
- Provide order updates, assist with returns/exchanges, and resolve complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth resolutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand reputation.
About the Role:
- Identify, target, and convert new business clients (corporates, startups, agencies, etc.).
- Build strategic partnerships with event organizers, HR teams, and influencers.
- Manage the sales cycle – from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
