Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing excellent service via phone, email, and chat.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and CRM systems.
  • Provide order updates, assist with returns/exchanges, and resolve complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth resolutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand reputation.

About the Role:

  • Identify, target, and convert new business clients (corporates, startups, agencies, etc.).
  • Build strategic partnerships with event organizers, HR teams, and influencers.
  • Manage the sales cycle – from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
