Job Title: Support Specialist

Job Description
  • Monitor ATM networks for customers, utilizing in-house incident management systems and tools.
  • Determine priority based on problem information and documented guidelines, using tools to remotely access customer equipment to diagnose and resolve customer problems.
  • Manage inbound volume of voice and mail requests from customers and channel partners, providing accurate and complete information.
  • Elevate customer problems both internally and externally when required, adhering to defined escalation paths.
  • Implement consistent and effective follow-up mechanisms with vendors/channel partners to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Rotate work hours involving weekend, holiday, or extended hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate/High School Diploma from any stream.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience; preferably from the ATM industry (Banking/ATM MSP).
  • Basic PC/Microsoft Office skills and telephone skills.
  • Excellent soft skills & interpersonal skills (verbal & written) are a must.
