
IT Customer Support Specialist

Job Description- Monitor ATM networks for customers, utilizing in-house incident management systems and tools.
- Determine priority based on problem information and documented guidelines, using tools to remotely access customer equipment to diagnose and resolve customer problems.
- Manage inbound volume of voice and mail requests from customers and channel partners, providing accurate and complete information.
- Elevate customer problems both internally and externally when required, adhering to defined escalation paths.
- Implement consistent and effective follow-up mechanisms with vendors/channel partners to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Rotate work hours involving weekend, holiday, or extended hours.
- Graduate/High School Diploma from any stream.
- Minimum 1 year related experience; preferably from the ATM industry (Banking/ATM MSP).
- Basic PC/Microsoft Office skills and telephone skills.
- Excellent soft skills & interpersonal skills (verbal & written) are a must.
