We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end PPS operation, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations with our partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) process.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies to increase process efficiency and performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) to evaluate progress and resolve any performance issues.
- Package and inventory management.
- Repackaging advice and support.
- Escalation point for operational issues.
- Customer and partner issue resolution.
- Collaboration with Arista teams.
- ECO and QAN compliance.
- Surge capacity management.
- Cycle count and inventory accuracy.
- Netsuite transaction processing.
- Reporting and presentation.
- Attending key meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing contract manufacturers or working in an operational/engineering role within an EMS environment.
- Experience managing supply chain operations and inventory management.
- Proficient in managing logistics, packaging, and performance reporting.
- Experience with Netsuite (NS) for inventory and transaction management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
