We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee our financial reporting and record-to-report function. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial analysis, accounting standards, and stakeholder management.

About the Role

The Lead Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the RTR function, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. They will ensure accurate and timely financial results while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the RTR process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, driving performance and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 10–14 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in financial leadership and team management.
