Lead Finance Operations

Ambitious finance professional sought to lead finance operations in India.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with operational leadership, ensuring robust financial governance and supporting the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with Indian regulations and group standards.
  • Oversee ERP system implementation, integration, and optimization.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regional teams.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
  • 6–9 years of finance experience with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
