We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead our premium product and service-based organisation in the luxury elevator space.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and strategy. They will be responsible for leading our financial strategy, designing long-term financial models, and managing budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-based planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial strategy and corporate finance operations
  • Designing long-term financial models for showroom expansion and capital expenditures
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-based planning
  • Monitoring cash flows, optimising working capital, and managing banking relationships
  • Overseeing audits, direct/indirect tax compliance, and regulatory filings
  • Driving cost optimisation, profitability analysis, and pricing strategy
  • Managing investor and stakeholder relations, board MIS, and financial reporting
  • Implementing ERP/CRM-integrated financial systems across the organisation
  • Ensuring governance, risk control, and statutory compliance across business units

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
