Lead Our Financial Strategy
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to spearhead our financial planning and analysis processes, drive growth strategies, and support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to drive business success
- Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and implement new technologies to streamline operations
- Establish budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls and strategies
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster high performance and continuous development
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience in Manufacturing sector
- Candidates must have extensive expertise in Treasury, Fund Management, and Banking relations
- Candidates from a listed organization are preferred
