Role details:

Role: Lead / Manager – Operations Reporting Manager: Managing Partner Location: Chennai

Role & responsibilities:

Hire, mentor and grow the team of Consultative Recruiters and foster their careers Steer day-to-day operations, in terms of allocating work (hiring mandates) to the Recruiters, balancing between delivery plan commitments to clients and the workload of the Recruiters Implement and innovate upon internal policies and practices relating to internal hiring, performance enablement and management, rewards & recognition, learning & development, company assets management, operational excellence and suchlike Play the assigned part in client-facing governance and client engagement / account management Steer the matrix of capacity, capabilities and competencies of the company, considering current volumes and expected flow of business, working closely with sales and solutions team members Play the assigned role on monitoring and controlling company P&L and cashflows Play the role of moral compass of the company balancing between defined business and financial objectives, exceeding client expectations and employee career advancement

Requirements:

Graduation / Post-graduation; MBA preferable 3-5 years of work experience, including in leading teams Depth in operations and quality concepts, with the ability to execute them consistently Ability to keep going at times of quickly shifting business priorities Leading by example and by inspiration Ability to think AND do Awareness of first principles thinking Experience in Recruitment, preferable but not mandatory
