Job Title: Mobile Device Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management Specialist to establish and maintain a robust MDM system, manage users, and deploy an MDM platform compatible with Android ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a streamlined device enrolment process, including bulk and self-service options, ensuring efficient onboarding of corporate mobile devices.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Configure integration with internal tools and services, establishing secure authentication and authorization for mobile users.
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  • Provide support and training resources for end users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures.
