MDM/Endpoint Management Engineer

Configuration and deployment of iOS and Android devices using Microsoft Intune is the primary focus of this role.

Strong understanding of mobile security, compliance frameworks, and conditional access is essential for success in this position.

Experience with SCCM for Windows device management and software deployment is required.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, and conditional access.

Mobile application deployment, updates, and lifecycle management using Intune and Apple/Google enterprise tools is also a key responsibility.

Integration with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Android Enterprise for seamless device provisioning is expected.

Monitoring and troubleshooting device enrollment, policy application, and user access issues is an ongoing task.

Support for Windows 10/11 device management using Intune and SCCM, as well as assistance in co-management scenarios between SCCM and Intune, is necessary.

Deploying and managing Windows updates, software packages, and compliance baselines, as well as maintaining SCCM infrastructure, are additional responsibilities.

Optional experience includes managing Samsung Knox EFOTA for firmware updates and policy enforcement on Samsung Android devices.

Collaboration with security teams to ensure endpoint compliance, data protection, and zero-trust policies is required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of mobile security, compliance frameworks, and conditional access.
  • Experience with SCCM for Windows device management and software deployment.
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Knox Mobile Enrollment.
  • Good understanding of Azure AD, Endpoint Security, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong troubleshooting documentation, and communication skills.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Samsung Knox EFOTA.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-102, SC-300).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting or Graph API for automation.
