Mobile Device Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) specialist to join our team. As an MDM specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing mobile device management solutions for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuring and Deploying MDM Solutions: Configure and deploy MDM solutions to manage and secure mobile devices across diverse operating systems and platforms.
  • Implementing MTD Solutions: Implement and administer Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) solutions to detect and mitigate mobile security threats such as malware, phishing, and network vulnerabilities.
  • Conducting Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing mobile infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Providing Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients on MDM and MTD best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with Security Teams: Collaborate with security analysts and incident response teams to investigate and remediate mobile security incidents and breaches.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats in the mobile landscape, and incorporate them into our solutions and services.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing MDM and MTD solutions in enterprise environments.
