Mobile Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Test Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mobile test automation and API testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain automated test suites for Android and iOS apps using Appium.
  • Test RESTful APIs and backend integration using RestAssured or similar tools.
  • Execute tests on real devices and emulators to ensure coverage across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product in Agile ceremonies, including 3 Amigos sessions.
  • Analyze mobile logs and use debugging tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, such as Bitrise or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Validate app deployments and contribute to robust mobile release workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of overall testing experience, with 2+ years in mobile automation.
  • Strong experience with Appium and API testing using RestAssured.
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including emulator and physical device usage.
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments for mobile apps.
  • Strong debugging skills and comfort with mobile logs and tooling.
