Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to handle technical inquiries and issues related to mobile devices and services. The selected candidate will be the primary point of contact for users across global regions, providing multilingual customer support via phone, chat, and email.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues with mobile devices and connectivity through troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Manage service tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution
  • Liaise with telecom providers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams for complex queries

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–6 years of experience in international voice process / technical support
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated individual with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail

The successful candidate will be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage service tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
