Job Title:
Procurement Specialist

Are you a skilled procurement professional looking for a challenging role? Do you have experience in managing vendors and negotiating contracts?

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors/suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and project-related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Identify and select vendors/suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and project-related materials.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements.
  • Negotiation and Optimization: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare purchase reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: BE/B.Tech- Civil/Mechanical
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement processes, good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment/materials, negotiation and cost optimization skills, ERP/procurement software knowledge preferred.
