Strategic Growth Executive

The role of Strategic Growth Executive is to drive business growth through identifying and integrating acquisition targets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and refine business segment strategies, assessing industry trends and market opportunities.
    • Lead the creation of strategic plan documents and annual operating plans for executive leadership.
    • Manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
    • Assist in post-acquisition integration, ensuring synergies and operational alignment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Possess an MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute or be a CA.
  • Hold a minimum CFA Level 2 certification.
  • Have 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in M&A/Strategy roles.
  • Understand M&A processes, documentation, and financial analysis.
  • Be proficient in financial modeling and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
