IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers.

Job Description:

  • Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce technical support costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow.
