Workday HCM Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM consultant to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Workday system, encompassing implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of core modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Collection: Collaborate with Talent teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Solution & Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to Talent teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Feature Release: Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Performance management, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Best Practices: Advise Talent teams on Workday best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' work experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and implementation experience.
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Workday implementation experiences.
  • Experience in at least 3 HCM modules such as Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation.
