  • immediate joiners and 30 days are preferred; 60 days can be considered but 90 days are a strict NO-NO.
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Manage project teams through design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Execute fit-gap analysis and provide effective solutions.
  • Configure HCM modules, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Oversee data migration, system integrations, and reporting tool configurations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide expert advice on Oracle HCM best practices, capabilities, limitations, and workarounds.
  • Mentor junior consultants and assist with pre-sales activities when required.
  • Required Skills:
  • 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Expertise in Core HCM Modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits.
  • Advanced experience with Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation Management.
  • Proficiency in configuring HCM modules, data migration, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
