Job Title: HCM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team.

  • Develop and implement effective HCM Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best-practices for HCM Cloud business processes and implementation.
  • Design, build, and configure complex requirements in Oracle Cloud.
  • Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support system design.
  • Migrate data from varied legacy systems.
  • Work with technical streams to provide guidance on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management skills.
  • Show good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager Modules.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
  • Expert domain knowledge in HCM.
  • Participation in at least one end-to-end HCM implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
  • Client-facing roles and interaction with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
