Job Title: HCM Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced functional consultant to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with hands-on experience across multiple functional areas including Security, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements across various modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Provide functional expertise in:
    • Security Configuration (projects)
    • Payroll Processing and Compliance (projects)
    • Compensation Management (project lead)
    • Absence Management (project lead)
    • Recruiting Cloud (project lead)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Proven experience in delivering full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
