Job Title: HCM Cloud Solutions Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development of comprehensive RFP responses related to Oracle HCM Fusion implementations. You will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to create compelling RFP submissions that align with client needs and industry best practices.

You will conduct engaging and informative client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring them to showcase the value and functionality of the solution based on client requirements. You will address client inquiries and concerns during demo sessions, identify business requirements, and map them to relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent configuration skills for Core HR/Absence Management/Benefits/Payroll/OTL/Talent Management/Compensation. They should be able to document application set-ups, perform functional troubleshooting in Core HR and Absence Management/Benefits/Payroll/OTL modules, and resolve setup issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring HCM Cloud Applications: Configure Core HR/Absence Management/Benefits/Payroll/OTL/Talent Management/Compensation based on customer requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Functional Troubleshooting: Perform functional troubleshooting in Core HR and Absence Management/Benefits/Payroll/OTL modules to identify setup issues and resolve them.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
  • Testing and Validation: Test and validate various technical components for issues and work towards resolutions and closure.
  • User Documentation: Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance of Fusion HCM Solutions.
