About this role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship nightlife establishment. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, public relations campaigns, and exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bar management, with expertise in inventory management, events planning, and revenue generation. They will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading business development activities with our marketing team, driving guest satisfaction, and leading the service team on the floor.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the efficient running of the bar as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and brand standards.
• Managing the assigned bar team to deliver world-class service experiences, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, public relations campaigns, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in bar management, with expertise in inventory management, events planning, and revenue generation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
