The Dining Room is a warm, comforting space in line with the residential ambience of the hotel. Its floor to ceiling glass windows offer unhindered views of the serene lily-pond and it serves as the hotel's all-day dining outlet where live counters are set up during breakfast and dinner buffet periods.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications

For this position an ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated attitude is a must. We are looking for a candidate, who is able to motivate and engage the team to deliver a world-class service experience. A passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike and demonstrate Hyatt's core values. A natural leader who can consistently deliver high-end and bespoke guest experiences for our signature restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading business development activities with our marketing team, drive guest satisfaction and lead the service team on the floor.

As a Outlet Manager - Bar is the driving force behind the revenue generation, marketing, and public relations efforts of our Flagship nightlife establishment. This dynamic role is focused on optimizing profitability through strategic marketing initiatives, public relations campaigns, and exceptional customer experiences.

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management and good in Revenue Generation, Public relation, Inventory Management & Events Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Bar Manager or Night Club Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
