
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in multitasking, and possess strong customer focus and stakeholder management abilities.
- Manage vendor relationships, payments, and related MIS reports.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to stores and office, creating a delightful experience for customers.
- Oversee maintenance, AMC, pest control, service, and repair of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate events and travel arrangements.
- Manage inventory of supplies and assets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Supervise HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants, maintaining a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
- Process procurements, POs, GRNs, invoices, and recommend cost-saving options.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Bangalore.
