Administrative Leader

  1. Provide high-level support and coordination to the team, ensuring seamless office operations.

  2. Manage complex schedules, organize high-priority meetings, prepare critical documents, and serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries, requests, and issues.

  3. Maintain accurate office supplies inventory, ensure office equipment and technology are in good working order, and coordinate strategic office-wide events and conferences.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Supervise and guide administrative staff, provide coaching and mentorship to new employees, and develop workflows to optimize team performance.

  • Conduct thorough performance reviews, assist in career growth plans, and oversee employee development.

Facilities Management:

  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by overseeing maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.

  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and office supplies, and coordinate efficient office moves and space planning.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of office activities, expenditures, and documentation, and assist in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with senior management to streamline procedures and improve team workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory capacity.

  • Proven experience managing office operations, supporting senior management, and leading cross-functional teams.
