Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our center.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administration and will be responsible for managing facilities, coordinating vendors, maintaining accurate records, ensuring cleanliness and infrastructure maintenance, and collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including facilities, front desk, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records for student attendance, staff logs, inventory, and asset management.
  • Ensure cleanliness, equipment servicing, and overall infrastructure maintenance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Academic, and Operations teams to align center activities with organizational standards.
  • Monitor administrative issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Support the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Handle student and parent concerns professionally and direct them to the appropriate teams.
  • Track and report on administrative expenditures to ensure budget compliance and drive cost-efficiency measures.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, preferably within an academic or EdTech setting.
  • Experience with P&L tracking and cost optimization is a distinct advantage.
  • Additional certification or training in office administration, operations management, or financial administration is a plus.
