We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and service-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of both hospitality and bar services, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

Hotel Operations

  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor room occupancy, revenue targets, and guest feedback to meet business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hospitality regulations.
  • Liaise with maintenance to ensure all facilities are fully operational and presentable.

Bar Operations

  • Supervise all bar and beverage operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
  • Work with the Bar Manager or Head Bartender to develop menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Maintain quality control of drinks, service, and ambiance.
  • Enforce responsible service of alcohol and all licensing laws.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage staff across both hotel and bar departments.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs.
  • Lead by example to promote a positive and professional workplace culture.

Financial Management

  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Create memorable experiences that reflect the brand and attract repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
