Job Title: Senior HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to lead and execute critical HR initiatives while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

The role will focus on driving efficiency, compliance, and process standardization across all HR operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading ownership and execution of core HR operational activities, including HRMS management, payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensuring smooth HR service delivery, consistent employee experience, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Managing HR dashboards, generating insights, and preparing regular reports for leadership.
  • Overseeing efficient functioning of the company's internal HR portal.
  • Driving process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency.
  • Leading and managing internal and external HR audits with full compliance.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing employee queries effectively.
  • Managing Full & Final settlements with accuracy and within defined timelines.
  • Maintaining integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection and security standards.
  • Mentoring and guiding the HR operations team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements & Skills

To succeed as a Senior HR Operations Manager, you will require:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment.
  • Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad hoc projects.
  • Exposure to automation and process optimization in HR operations is an advantage.
