Company DescriptionEnsol started with Environmental Solution business in 2002 Since then Ensol has grown in size and expertise making our mark as pioneers across various sectors including Transportation Mining Construction Disaster Waste Management for more details visit www ensol co inWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager HR Admin to join our team in Jaipur India In this role you will oversee both human resources and administrative functions ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires Oversee employee relations performance management and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Administer payroll benefits and leave management systems Coordinate office operations including facilities management and vendor relations Develop and maintain HR and administrative budgets Implement and maintain HR information systems and databases Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs Lead and mentor HR and administrative staff Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and office management Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills HR certification e g SHRM-CP PHR preferred Experience in performance management and employee development Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
