Job Title: Sr. Operations Executive – GRC

Key to success in this role is strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, with hands-on experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules.

This executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our organization's ServiceNow platform including GRC modules. They will perform DevOps activities such as code deployments across environments and develop fixes for production defects.

In addition, they will monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems, resolve incidents, and provide root cause analysis. They must also maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability, support audits and compliance reporting, ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, and automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, preferably with a focus on GRC modules.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, along with relevant certifications, such as CSA or IRM Fundamentals and Implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes, as well as familiarity with ITIL and change management principles.
  • Proven experience in code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes, with knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) being a plus.
