We are seeking an Order Management Business Analyst with expertise in the ServiceNow platform to join our team.

This is a contract position that can be fulfilled from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and a Master's degree or equivalent, preferably from a top university, in a field such as Computer Science, Ergonomics, or a related discipline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements, maintaining a backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors, ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, and proposing alternatives where necessary.

Additionally, the role involves providing guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities, staying updated on ServiceNow product evolutions, sharing insights with the team, organizing and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and driving functional workshops with end-users to ensure critical topics are addressed.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Order Management, especially the data model, and experience with data activities, CMDB knowledge, and data migration from external tools into ServiceNow.

A good understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and API Integration is also required. Experience managing large data extractions and transforming them into ServiceNow target formats is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and domain knowledge in CSM/OM processes and related data objects are essential.
