Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow administrator to take on the role of Senior Operations Executive - GRC. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow administration, with hands-on experience in GRC modules.

  • Administrators and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules, to ensure stability, integrations, and compliance processes.
  • Perform DevOps activities, including code deployments across environments, to maintain a stable and efficient system.
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability, ensuring seamless access and control.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, minimizing disruption and risk.
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency, reducing manual errors and increasing productivity.
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks, facilitating knowledge transfer and onboarding.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules, demonstrating expertise in governance, risk, and compliance processes.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution, and proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, ITIL processes, and change management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus, but not required.
