Servicenow Platform Design Expert

As a highly skilled Servicenow Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and optimize business processes by setting up catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.
- Write efficient scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic, streamlining workflow efficiency.
- Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, versioning, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer, with expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes.
- Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Our ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools like ITSM, HRSD, Flow Designer, FSM, EC Pro, and proficiency in languages such as JavaScript.
