Business Development Executive

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint within the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, relationship management, and strategic partnership-building within the travel and tourism sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and create actionable plans to penetrate these segments effectively.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients, including tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and travel agencies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and maximizing their engagement with our services.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach to contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients' needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and consistently update management on sales forecasts and progress.
Brand Representation
- Serve as an ambassador for BRANDit, representing our offerings and expertise at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure all communications with clients reflect BRANDit's values and enhance our reputation within the industry.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct regular industry and market research to stay updated on travel and tourism trends, competitive offerings, and potential areas for growth.
- Use data insights to refine business development strategies and support decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and client servicing, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives to maximize client engagement and brand visibility.
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of ₹12,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 based on qualifications and experience.
