Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our appointment setting team as a Remote Scheduling Coordinator. As a key member of this founding group, you will be responsible for connecting with pre-qualified leads and scheduling consultations for licensed agents across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our advanced dialer system.
  • FOLLOWING a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Inputting detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call for accurate tracking.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly booking goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Participating in regular coaching sessions and team meetings to drive growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections effectively.
  • Reliable internet connectivity, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
  • Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions and meet targets.
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is highly valued.
