Program Coordinator Job Description

Cullerton Group is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to coordinate an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the operations team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates based on must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period.
  • Prepare, review, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume quality control, job description deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting IT and Engineering roles.
  • Light assessment administration (e.g., iMocha/TestGorilla).
  • Basic reporting/BI (Power BI/Data Studio) and automation mindset.

This role requires owning day-to-day coordination for an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. You will screen candidates, ensure high-quality submissions and rate compliance, schedule interviews, and serve as the single point of contact with the operations team while partnering with U.S. recruiters.
