We are currently seeking an exceptional Schedule Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless scheduling operations across teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars for subject matter experts, consultants, and team members from various back offices, ensuring efficient time allocation and minimal conflicts.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, leveraging calendar and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar or Outlook.
  • Coordinate logistics, including meeting rooms and video conferencing links, to facilitate productive interactions.
  • Maintain and adjust calendar events as priorities shift, communicating changes promptly and professionally.
  • Report on key calendar events and their durations to inform decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools, combined with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.
