The Role

We are seeking a methodical and solution-driven Project Manager/Requirements Analyst to join our organization. You will act as a vital link between developers, stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Document project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications
  • Review requirements with stakeholders and gain consensus before development starts
  • Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects with the development team and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise team on projects requiring integration between systems
  • Present project deliverables to stakeholders
  • Partner with the lead engineer to ensure project expectations are met

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with strong project management expertise
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and experience with content management systems and website user experience required
  • Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira preferred
