About this role

  • We're seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our projects from start to finish.
  • As a senior project manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining project reports, plans, schedules, and cost details.
  • You'll coordinate with stakeholders, conduct site visits, and support the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project reports, plans, schedules, and cost details for multiple assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and conduct site visits to verify progress and identify critical issues.
  • Support and manage the project team, adhering to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals.
  • Process billing and payment according to terms and conditions.
  • Ensure handover according to client satisfaction.
  • Allocate, monitor, and close snags/observation points shared by clients within the DLP period and follow up on retention amount release.
  • Conduct site visits for new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit them to the tender team.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and bill projects.
  • Manage costs and oversee vendors.
  • Raise timely client bills according to terms and conditions.
  • Prepare cash flow for each project.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Present reports in weekly meetings.
  • Maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Allocate work to subcontractors and monitor their progress.
  • Conduct project audits versus actual reconciliation.
